Shipping
All goods are shipped through TNT Post or TNT Parcelservice. Dependant on the dimensions and weight of the shipment, we use registered mail (upto two shirts) or parcels.

Goods are shipped exclusively to addresses in The Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. For delivery addresses outside the Benelux-area, we refer to the foreign resellers of the brands represented here.

Delivery and shipping times
All goods on this website are on stock, which means - outside school holidays - orders are usually despatched within three working days.

Delay during shipment
In your account you can see whether your shipment has been despatched or is still being processed.

If your order has the status of despatched but you have not received anything, please be patient for a few working days. In some circumstances TNT can take several days to deliver your order.

If you have not received your parcel within five working days of your status change, then please contact us.

Shipping costs
We charge a flat rate of euro 5,- per shipment within the Benelux.

Returning goods
Under certain circumstances you can return goods you have ordered from us. Please return the unopened item decently packaged within five (5) working days, accompanied by the original packing slip or invoice. Please list the reasons for returning the goods on the reverse of the packing slip or invoice and send your product to:

Received wrong product
Always check whether you have received the product you ordered. If for some reason you received a wrong product, please return the product to us within five (5) working days. The costs for shipment will be credited to you in this case.

To be able to trace why you received the wrong product, it is important you list on the reverse of the packing slip or invoice why it is being returned and what the difference between the two items is.
